1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 1333b ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any part of the 1333b online gaming and sportsbook service available at 1333b.net and its associated subdomains and applications.

By completing the account registration process, logging in to an existing account, making any financial transaction on the Platform, or placing any bet, wager, or game stake, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Governing Language

Governing Jurisdiction

Age Verification Process

1333b employs age verification checks at registration and as a mandatory prerequisite to processing any withdrawal from a player account. Acceptable identity documents for age and identity verification include a valid National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladeshi passport, or a valid driving licence. Documents must be current, legible, and show date of birth clearly. 1333b reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation at its sole discretion.

Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any deposits made to such an account will be returned to the payment method used for the original transaction, and any winnings accrued will be voided in full. No exceptions will be made.

3 Account Registration

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the 1333b platform at any given time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account (whether in your own name or under another identity) constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 1333b employs automated and manual monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. In the event that duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts will be suspended, balances will be withheld pending investigation, and any bonuses obtained via duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep that information current throughout your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false information — particularly false date-of-birth information in an attempt to circumvent the 18+ age restriction — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

• 1333b will never contact you to request your password. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to player safety and fraud prevention, 1333b operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All accounts are subject to KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved. You may be asked to submit copies of identity documents, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe stipulated by 1333b support will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

1333b supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically tailored to players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no upper limit on deposits, although individual payment providers may impose their own limits.
• Deposits are credited to player accounts in real time upon confirmed receipt. 1333b does not charge fees on deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering safeguard.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times for verified accounts are 15–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and up to 3 business days for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until full verification is completed.
• 1333b does not charge withdrawal fees. Payment provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

The following terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on the Platform:

• Bonuses are available to one eligible account per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Any attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts is classified as bonus abuse.

Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or withdrawn by the player.
• 1333b reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account in full.
• In-play bets are subject to network latency and server verification. 1333b will not be held liable for bets that fail to confirm due to technical issues on the player's end, including poor internet connectivity.

• The 1333b name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 1333b. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of 1333b.
• Third-party trademarks appearing on the Platform — including game provider names such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — remain the property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform under licence.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the limited licence granted to you under these Terms and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1333b, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate password security or your disclosure of your credentials to a third party.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or analytical content.
• The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service partners whose systems interact with the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 1333b's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10 Amendments & Termination

Amendments to These Terms

1333b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 1333b will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following channels: a notice displayed prominently on the Platform homepage, a notification within the player's account dashboard, or an email to the address registered on the player's account. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure.

Account Closure by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 1333b support team at [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with these Terms and standard processing timeframes. Outstanding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Account Suspension or Closure by 1333b

1333b reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or exploitation of system errors.
• Suspected money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Account found to belong to a person under the age of 18.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

In the event of account closure initiated by 1333b due to a breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account — including real-money balances — may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited in cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation. Genuine real-money balances belonging to players whose accounts are closed for non-breach reasons will be returned to the original deposit payment method within 5–10 business days.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the 1333b Privacy Policy and any specific bonus terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1333b with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
